Ethiopian Blue Horse is the unique ‘Blue Horse’ Arabica from the Harrar region of Ethiopia.
This coffee is dry-processed, which involves leaving the beans inside the cherry fruit to dry slowly over a period of weeks. This method produces sweet, jam-like qualities in the cup, making this coffee very different in comparison to the wet-processed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
Taste: Full-bodied with overtones of chocolate and blueberries
Best served: as a Flat White, Long Black or Espresso
